Diversion as therapy
We strongly believe that laughter and a sense of happiness are strong medicines in their own right.
Therefore, we miss no opportunity to celebrate life—be it a religious occasion, a birthday or an anniversary.
There are regular guided sessions on yoga and meditation conducted by experts, to calm the mind. When the weather is right, the sessions are conducted on the lawns.
We also have regular sessions of laughter therapy, music therapy, art and craft, storytelling and more.
The patient is free to pick any activity—we have discovered gifted gardeners and talented singers among “ordinary” people who did not know they had it in them!
